Vauxhall Cresta Club

The Cresta is of course my host car, LSL 929, so I expect it to belong to both Daimler and Vauxhall clubs.

High Peak Historic Vehicle Club

This is my favourite club.  Although I have never been to one of its meetings, I try never to miss its annual run in the Peak District, to which, numbers permitting, the committee admits anything interesting on two, three of four wheels, but excludes grey porridge cars.  What will they make of the Daimler Cresta?

Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs

This is probably the most important lobbing group watching out for changes in the laws and working to enable us to keep out cars on the road.

Daimler – Britain’s oldest marque

It is not clear from the site whose it is, but it contains a wealth of information about the marque, its history and models.  The forum pages names one Tim Alston with the dates 2002-4.

Site promoting a trilogy of books setting out the story of the three brothers whose creativity, intellects and passionate commitment to their ideals laid the foundations for the best engineering practice we have today, demands to be told.
